100% Arabica
The Arabica species of coffee carries more flavour, is less bitter and contains less caffeine than any other commercially cultivated species of coffee. By supplying you with 100% Arabica coffee (as opposed to a blend of beans) you are guaranteed a high quality drink.

Non-Plantation
We source our coffee beans from smallholding farmers who live on and work their own lands with their families and tribal groups. This keeps the family unit and community together, encouraging social stability and traditional values.

Shade grown
Coffee grown in the shade of natural trees has a slower ripening time which leads to a higher quality bean. The ‘shade grown’ method is environmentally friendly and serves as a habitat for many birds and insects. It also assists in the natural health of the coffee bushes without the use of pesticides and herbicides.

PNG Coffee
All our coffee is grown, processed and packed at premium altitudes in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, encouraging industry and economic development within PNG communities.

Our Blends...

Blue Mountain
The ‘After Dinner Roast’ that is known for its mild flavour and lack of bitterness. A general purpose coffee that pleases most people. The ground is suitable for use in plungers, percolaters, filter machines etc.

Paradiso
The ‘Medium” roast which is lighter in colour than the Blue Mountain blend. It also has a mild flavour with no bitter after taste. The ground is suitable for use in plungers, percolaters, filter machines etc.

Espresso
Espresso is a strong, dark-roasted version of coffee that is brewed through a special steam-extraction process. The ground is very fine and best suited to Espresso machines.

Coffee from our supplier is certified organic by Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA).
